How Panel Doors Work

Sectional garage doors have hinged panels that allow the door to glide along tracks as the door opens and closes. Laying parallel to the ceiling when fully open, Panel Doors are often a better fit than roller doors for spaces with low ceiling heights. Unlike tilt doors, a sectional Panel Door does not protrude into the driveway whilst moving, making it a very popular choice.

A Panel Door motor can be installed with the new door, or at a later date, to automate operation. The opener is fitted to the ceiling of the garage.
